SILENCERCO ALPHA FIXED BARREL MOUNT
The SilencerCo Alpha fixed barrel mount replaces the spring retainer, piston, and spring allowing SilencerCo's pistol caliber suppressors to easily be mounted onto firearms with a fixed barrel. The reduction from three separate parts to only one reduces carbon buildup on the internal parts, as well as minimizes points of failure. The Alpha fixed barrel mount is commonly used on such firearms as the Sig MPX, CZ Scorpion, pistol caliber ARs, and submachine guns. This mount was primarly designed for the Octane and Omega K series of suppressors, but will work fine on the Hybrid 46 and Harvester 300. This mount extends the overall length by 1/2" and does not require a tool to install.

So if I have this, my Omega 9k will work with my CZ Scorpion "2016", 1/2 x 28 thread.Also have a CZ 75 Sp-01 threaded for 1/2 x 28. Do I just need a 1/2 x 28 piston alone?
You'll need the 1/2x28 piston for your CZ75. For the Scorpion, you can use the fixed barrel mount in 1/2x28 or the piston with a fixed barrel spacer. Since you already need the piston for the 75, it is cheaper to go the fixed barrel spacer route. With that said, the fixed barrel mount is my prefered choice as it reduces the amount of parts you need when connecting to a rifle.
