RUGGED OBSIDIAN 3-LUG MOUNTS
Rugged's 3 Lug mount replaces the piston assembly in your Obsidian, allowing you to attach the Obsidian 45 and Obsidian 9 to 3 lug compatible firearms. The 3-Lug mount is designed to be used with traditional 9mm or B&T spec 45 3-lug adapters. It replaces the retaining cap, piston, and spring to allow the Obsidian 9/45 to quickly and securely mount to Rugged 3-Lug Adapters. Using a 3-Lug system allows you to quickly attach/detach your suppressor to fixed barrel firearms.
The 9mm 3-Lug mount fits both the Obsidian 9 and 45. It is built to the same specifications everyone is familiar with, and is considered traditional and true to design. For those after a standard 3-lug system, this is what you're looking for.
The 45 3-Lug mount fits larger adapters built to B&Ts 45 specification. It is not compatible with 9mm traditional 3 lug barrels, and is an oversized setup to accomodate larger projectiles. If you're looking to utalize 3-lug on a 45 ACP firearm such as the B&T APC45, this is the correct part.
