RUGGED FLAT END CAP
The Rugged Flat End Cap is a replacement cap for the Rugged Surge, Razor, Radiant and Micro 30 suppressor family. The 5.56 flat end cap reduces decibel levels by 1-6 dBs and improves the tone. The 5.56 variant can be used on any projectile of similar caliber. While it was designed primarily to optimize performance on standard .223/5.56 AR-15s, it can also be used with .204 Rugar, 5.7, 4.6, .224 Valkyrie, and others in that range.
The titanium (Ti) models feature the same durability as the steel, but at a fraction of the weight.

Using the 5.56 end cap on the Surge, what would be the min barrel length suggested for the 5.56 round?
The end cap will not have an affect on the barrel length and the 7" min barrel length requirement will apply with the 5.56 end cap. Prior to attaching the suppressor, you will want to make sure your bullets are stabilizing and not key holing to help prevent end cap strikes.
