Liberty Mystic X

RATED FOR 53 CALIBERS

The Liberty Mystic X suppressor is the “Swiss army knife” of silencers.  Constructed from Stainless Steel and Titanium and coated with type “C” high temp Cerakote™ the Mystic X suppressor weighs just 10.5 ounces and is 13.9 ounces with a recoil booster installed.  The Liberty Mystic X can withstand a variety of harsh cleaning solutions, from being dipped to being sand blasted.  53 calibers can be used with the Mystix X, and seven calibers are rated for full auto.  Dual Arc Baffle technology allows the Mystic X to be extremely quiet for a monolithic core suppressor.  Because it can be disassembled, cast lead bullets can be shot through this suppressor without worry about excessive buildup.  

The Mystic X is rated for 53 calibers, some of the more popular are: 17 HMR, 17 WSM, 22 Short, 22 LR, 22 MAG, 22 Hornet, 223 Rem, 5.7x28, 6MM PPC, 9x19, 300 BLK Subsonic & Supersonic, 380, 357 Sig, 357 Mag, 338 Spectre, 300 Whisper, 6.5 Grendel, 6.8 SPC, 7.62x39 and 300 Win Mag.  Note: All rifle calibers with chamber pressures exceeding 45,000PSI are restricted to 16″ barrels or longer.  All Mystic Xs available for sale at capitolarmory.com are greater than MX3300 and support the 300 Win Mag caliber.

CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION

The Mystic X is one of the first universal suppressors able to handle rimfire, pistols, and rifles with ease.  As with all multi-caliber options, the versatility comes with a trade off.  In the case of the Mystic X, it's a fantastic 9mm suppressor, and user serviceable to handle 22LR.  As a rifle suppressor, it's extremely light weight.  The downside is that it is not ideal for short barrel use or full auto on some calibers.  That being said, many people value weight savings over being to handle a 7.5" barreled M-16.  The newer versions are even stronger, and rated up to 300 Winchester Magnum.  If you're looking for a suppressor that can handle rimfire, pistol, subgun, and rifle use all in one the Mystic X should be on the short list.
