Looking to Form 1 your existing pistol or rifle into a short barrel rifle? With the new 41F regulations, each responsible party is required to provide the ATF with a set of fingerprints. This service is for those customers who want to file a Form 1 on their own and require one (1) set of fingerprints cards (FD-258). Capitol Armory will provide the first set (two) and will print up to five sets total if the customer provides additional cards at the time of fingerprinting.
