B&T SQD-M 45
The Super Quick Disconnect, or SQD attachment, for B&T's RBS45 suppressor offers advanced features that set it apart from other suppressors in its class. The RBS45 SQD combines B&T's renowned Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) technology with an innovative one-hand, 3-lug mounting system. The SQD system is both smooth and incredibly fast to use, making it the quickest 3-lug attachment system available. The RBS45 SQD is compatible with all .45-caliber weapons featuring a 3-lug barrel interface, including but not limited to B&T’s APC45, GHM45, and other similarly configured firearms.
Mounting the suppressor is as easy as pressing it over the barrel. The spring-loaded retaining collar automatically snaps onto the 3-lug attachment, securely locking the suppressor into place. It will stay firmly in position until the operator chooses to remove it. A simple press of the tab releases the suppressor for easy removal or reinstallation, providing unmatched convenience in the field.
The SQD-M 45 also introduces modularity and user customization not found in other suppressors. It comes in a single size but features a modular RBS-compatible section that can be added or removed to suit the mission’s requirements. This allows the suppressor to be used in a full-length configuration for maximum sound suppression or in a more compact configuration when portability is prioritized. Additionally, two endcaps are included: one vented and one non-vented. This gives users the flexibility to either engage the RBS for reduced blowback or opt for a sealed system for ultimate sound suppression.
