Individuals can eFile and Certify Remotely!

Capitol Armory is happy to announce we can now eFile and remotely certify individual Form 4 applications!

The ATF's eForms system previously had language which required individuals to certify in the physical presence of the dealer. It never made sense, especially since trusts applications were allowed to certify remotely. The ATF reconsidered their stance on the matter after substantial pressure from industry leaders regarding the legality of the language.

Our clients can now choose which filing type is best for their specific situation and still enjoy the benefits of eFiling (and hopefully faster approvals!)

It's not often we get a minor victory when disagreeing with the ATF, but in this case, today is a day worth celebrating!
