MDP-9 GEN2 SBR

The Angstadt Arms MDP-9 SBR is an ultra-compact pistol-caliber carbine.  To achieve an even smaller size than a typical AR-9, the MDP-9 is a bufferless system with a roller-delayed action.  This not only allows for the compact package but also enhances suppression capabilities.  Reduced port-pop sounds better and also reduces gas blowback when compared to traditional designs. 

No unique or fancy mags are required. The MDP-9 uses readily available and affordable 9mm Glock-compatible magazines. The endrail interface features a 1913 rail and an included QD sling socket. Attached from the factory is a Lage side-folding rifle stock, B5 Systems Type 23 pistol grip, and Angstadt Arms hand stop.  The matching receiver set is 7075-T6 billet with a non-reciprocating ambidextrous forward charging handle.  Last round bolt hold open, a flared magwell, extended mag release, and threaded bolt catch screw are only a few of the extra details to be found on the MDP-9 to assist in comfort and function.

The MDP-9 is compatible with aftermarket 9mm PCC triggers and ships with the EMP-9 trigger and Radian ambidextrous safety selector.  For those wanting a QD suppressor solution, the 1/2x28 threaded barrel is outfitted with a removable 3-lug muzzle device from the factory.
