The Thunder Beast Ultra 7 Gen2 is a .30 caliber precision rifle suppressor best used when a compact form factor is essential, but excellent suppression is still required. This 30-caliber version offers the best flexibility from .223 to 300 RUM and more with 100% titanium construction.
No one wants to carry unnecessary weight on a hunt or a PRS match. Ounces equal pounds, and pounds equal pain. Weighing less than most compact suppressors, the Ultra 7 comes in at only 8 ounces. A standard report from a .308 bolt-action rifle is reduced to roughly 134-136 dB with the TBAC Ultra 7. Compared to the prior Gen1 series, the Ultra 7 Gen2 is 2 ounces lighter and 2 dB quieter at the muzzle and shooter's ear. This saves your hearing, and the reduction in noise and concussion allows faster follow-up shots. Additionally, new mounting options are now available, keeping this well-respected silencer relevant.
The Ultra 7 is available in compact brake (CB) and direct thread (DT) mounting styles. The compact brake (CB) is a "thread over muzzle brake" type mount and is the most popular mounting option in the Thunder Beast lineup. The CB mount mates to a conical shoulder on the brake and locks up rock solid and extremely tight. The Ultra 7 Gen2 has hearing-safe numbers in a compact package. When weight matters, the Ultra 7 excels. It's one of the lightest silencers on the market and certainly the lightest in its class. With no reduction in accuracy and a minimal point of impact shift, the Ultra 7 shines when being used for hunting or precision rifle shooting. The CB variant quickly attaches to a muzzle brake or flash hider, allowing the benefits of each when shooting unsuppressed. Additionally, it protects the threads of the barrel and muzzle from accidental damage and allows a quick transition from firearm to firearm.
