The SilencerCo Sparrow 22 is the first SilencerCo product and remains one of the best-selling rimfire suppressors on the market. The Sparrow 22 focuses on simplicity, durability, and user serviceability. Using a monolithic core at the heart of the patented Multi-Part Containment (MPC) system, the SilencerCo Sparrow 22 can easily go 2000 rounds between cleanings. Even when extremely dirty, the Sparrow 22 is the easiest rimfire suppressor to perform maintenance. Additionally, the Sparrow is rated for full auto fire and multiple calibers up to 5.7mm. CAPITOL ARMORY'S OPINION
When the SilencerCo Sparrow was released, it was the rimfire suppressor everyone had to have. It was shorter than many competing products, sounded fantastic, and was straightforward to clean. Although it's not the newest rimfire suppressor on the market, it still maintains the qualities that made it so popular years back. The ease of cleaning is one of the biggest draws to high-volume shooters. The interior of the clam shells can be scraped out with a nickel, and the monocore can be cleaned without breaking apart individual baffles. Many rimfire suppressors become so dirty that the baffles seize together, making cleaning a nightmare. Although it sounds good, the Sparrow has a bit of first-round pop on pistols. There is no discernible first-round pop on rifles.
